  I like the way the water creates unusual effects here.  I think I would have cropped it differently:  about a 1/4 inch from the left-hand side, about an inch from the top and about an inch from the right-hand side.  I feel this would center more on the flowers which is the more central part of the photo.

  Sometimes a natural scene does portray a rather different and unexpected arrangement of colors, and this may be one of them.  Those underwater plants are muted by the water depth and yet at the same time relect the light in strange and interesting patterns. Every nature scene isn't necessarily gorgeous, but can still be viewed as an interesting aspect of a "Mysterious World", as you've aptly captioned your photograph. It's different and well photographed.
